The user can set up different basic tasks within a project.
- Request Upload asset
- Request Change asset
- Request Review asset
- Request Upload reference file
Request upload asset task allows the user to upload a new file to the project. The uploaded file appears as a separate artwork. The task can be assigned to one or multiple users.
Request change task allows the user to upload a new version of the existing in the project artwork. A new version of the file can be reviewed together and compared with the previous version of the artwork.
Request review task allows the user to review the file with further approval or rejection, adding annotations and comments.
Request upload reference file allow prompting the different user to upload different documentation to project in addition to the artwork files.
