The user can receive four basic type of tasks to perform:
- Review Asset
- Upload Asset change
- Upload Asset
- Upload Reference Document
As soon as task created and assigned to the user it will appear on user's dash board under My Tasks:
To perform Review Asset simply click on the task. A review screen will open. The user can provide his feedback regarding reviewed artwork by adding comments and annotations highlighting areas that require attention. When done user approves or rejects a file.
To perform Upload Asset Change, click on the Upload File button фтв select a file. Approval studio will mark it a next cycle of the document and treat the new file as a new version of the asset. When file uploaded click on Complete.
To Perform Upload Asset simply click on upload to select a file and click on Complete to finalize the tasks. The file will be treated as a separate artwork.
To Upload Reference Document simply click on upload to select a file and click on Complete to finalize the task.
