Approval Studio allows sending assets for review to an external user - the person that does not have login credentials to the system.
To do that open project details and navigate to the Assets tab. Click on the
Enter the contact email and any additional information. You can also set password protection to the link. In needed check Read-Only checkbox if you do not want any annotations or comments to be added to the asset. In addition, you can allow an external user to download artwork or reference files.
On the other side user simply clicks on the link in the email and Review Tool will launch.
