When new version of the artwork is ready you need to uploaded it for review.
Open the project, and clink on Add New Version to the right from the needed artwork.
The filename can be different, but the system will allow you to upload the file with the same extension as the first version of the artwork. When the file processed Cycle counter will update. The file is ready for review.
