Left panel can be opened by clicking on the Show Annotations button. This may be the most indispensable feature with which you can actually start giving creative feedback on the asset. Even though the functionality hasn’t changed, this version seems much more sophisticated due to changes in design.

The first three annotation tools allow users to effortlessly add precise commentary using points. Also, they can quickly draw attention using squares, enclose areas of interest with circles, or express their own mind through free-form annotations. By using such a wide range of possibilities, you can accurately capture every thought and tiniest detail, speeding your design review process.

To be more precise, you can also use the Arrow annotation tool and bring the attention straight to a particular point. It's also possible to drag the annotation around and drop it wherever you need.

But it doesn’t stop at mere shapes; color customization takes the experience further. With the ability to change the color of annotations, users can signify importance, convey emotions, or categorize your creative feedback. This helps to enable swift comprehension and alignment among team members.

As soon as you add annotation to the mockup they will appear on the right panel as comments. You can easily interact with them by replying, editing the text, deleting and more.

Show Assets is a button located on the very top of the right panel. It reveals a view of all versions of the document you are reviewing and number of comments each version has. By switching from option to option you are exposed to all the screen annotations (from external and internal reviewers) made on each asset.
