Users and Groups window helps you to create and manage new users.
How to make a new user?
Click on the button to create a new user and fill in all the necessary fields. To access Approval Studio and projects, the user must activate their account via email by entered the first field.
How to change a user's status?
After the user accepts their invitation, you can change their status. Clicking on the crown item gives an administrator role to a user. You can also deactivate the user by switching the toggle. This way, they will lose access to all the projects. Afterward, users can be activated again by clicking on the same toggle.
How to notify users of changes?
If there is anything users need to be notified of, you can do that in the same menu. To do that, click on the button Notify all users on the top and insert your message. You can edit it and add links if necessary. The button “Show after login,” ensures the users will get a floating message after login. If not, it will be displayed in the notifications bar.
