Company Branding menu allows you to change logos, invite external reviewers, and enable Kanban view.

How to change the logo?

It is possible to change the logo displayed on the Dashboard and in the Review Tool. To do so, go to the Branding menu and click the Logo button to choose your image. It has to be in .jpg format.

If you want to change or delete the logo, point the cursor to the existing logo and press the lower button to upload the new logo; or the upper button to delete it.

How to customize approval messages?

Approval Studio allows you to customize the messages users see right in the Review Tool. To do that, go to the Branding menu and scroll down to Approval Messaging. By clicking different checkboxes here, you can write down your own messages for approval confirmation, asset approved message, and asset rejected message. You can additionally choose to require acceptance from the reviewer who will not be able to approve the asset unless they click on the acknowledgment button.

Adding an asset approved or rejected message is also that easy. Click on the checkbox to open the writing menu and customize the text by changing fonts, colors, sizes, styles; adding links, and horizontal lines between the parts of your document.  

How to change the background in the Review tool?

Branding menu allows you to customize the background in the Review Tool. It is possible to choose one of the backgrounds available or upload your own by clicking the last box with an upload icon. The changes don’t need to be saved manually and will be enabled shortly.

How to customize invitations?

It is possible to customize the email template your external reviewers get as an invitation. To do so, go to the Branding menu and scroll down to “Custom internal invitations”. There you can tick off email templates you wish to edit. After ticking off the box you will see an Edit Email Template button which can help you to customize the text. 

 

It is possible to enter your own subject, main text, button name, footer and signature in all three templates.  

How to enable Kanban view?

To enable Kanban View, go to the Branding menu and scroll down to Kanban View Settings. There feature that allows you to add custom fields that represent different stages of your workflow. can be added. Add personalized columns and rename them to represent your own unique workflow.
